7.d.viii. Approval of a Land Application Permit and Biosolid Disposal Agreement on City owned land for the application of treated wastewater biosolids for beneficial agricultural use for property described as: Parts of Lot 2, Section 1, Township 25 North, Range 12 East of the Indian Meridian; plus the S/2 of the SE/4 of Section 36, Township 26 North, Range 12 East; plus the S/2 of the SW/4 lying East of the centerline of the Caney River, Section 36, Township 26 North, Range 12 East, Washington County, Oklahoma.
7.d.i Service Agreement between Bartlesville Independent Schools District #30 and the Bartlesville Police Department for ten (10) uniformed police officers referred to as School Resource Officers, or SROs assigned to policing duties on BPS school properties as set out in the Agreement, with the City taking the average sum of the ten SROs salaries, and BPS will pay 75% of the nine SROs salaries annually, one SRO will be provided annually at no cost to BPS, and additionally the City will provide on SRO for summer school at no cost to BPS.
