10.Discuss and take action to adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 12, Offenses, Article VII, Offenses Against Property, Section 12-120, Smoking Prohibitions, and Chapter 13, Parks and Recreation, Article I, In General, Section 13-6, Prohibited Acts, of the Bartlesville Municipal Code to establish a comprehensive Tobacco-, Smoke-, and Vapor-Free Municipal Property policy. 11.Discuss and take possible action to approve an agreement between the City of Bartlesville, Bartlesville, Redevelopment Trust Authority, and Buffalo Roam to close out Phase One of the Development Agreement between parties. Presented by Laura Sanders, Assistant City Manager.
