Discuss and take possible action to direct staff to publish notice of a petition by Dinner Out LLC, requesting annexation of a 27.015-acre +/- tract of land to be zoned M-2 General Industrial/PUD, said tract of land described as a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 26 North, Range 12 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Osage County, Oklahoma (former Siemens facility). Presented by Larry Curtis, Director of Community Development.
14. Discuss and take possible action to create a K-9 Unit Retirement Subsidy Program. Presented by Mayor Curd and Vice Mayor Dorsey.
