Discuss and possibly take action on an Addendum related to BDA’s sale of 40 acres of Sunset Industrial Park property to Service and Manufacturing Corporation, whereby the City of Bartlesville commits to install sewer and water utility lines to the property line within seven months of closing, with City’s costs to be funded by Bartlesville Development Authority proceeds from land sale.
