Buchanan, District Attorney setting out procedures for the seizure and forfeiture of vehicles utilized in the commission of certain crimes and authorizing the retention of forfeited vehicles for use by Law enforcement agencies, among other thing. iii. A contract between the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Bartlesville Public Library Literacy Services to implement and participate in a Health Literacy Grant totaling $4000 to increase awareness of healthy living choices in Washington County. iv. An agreement between PioneerDream and the Bartlesville Area History Museum to produce a video on the history of oil in the Bartlesville Area in the amount of $14,250.00. e.
